Betty Marcon - Founder & Principal Consultant

Betty began her journey in the food industry as a pastry cook, went on to teach baking and pastry at City College of San Francisco, and opened two restaurants in the highly competitive environment of San Francisco with her husband, Fabrice.
In 2009, she began using her back office skills to help other food-based businesses with bookkeeping and HR. Betty has always admired the resilience of those folks who work in our industry and wanted to make a bigger difference for those who call it a profession.
Trained in leadership and communication skills, she has turned Red Truck Consulting into a full-service back-office support firm. Betty now resides in New England. When not working with clients, Betty loves trying new restaurants with her husband and will go far and wide for a great meal.
